Not the nicest place I would say! The girl doing my eyebrows threading was quite rude, not so soft with threading. I asked for upper lips with threading still she brought wax. When I denied that,she gave very rude expressions & threw it in dustbin; proceeded to do very rough upper lips with threading until it left little bruise. Not at all for English speakers. Only good thing- Less price. Not worth though.

Good for eyebrow threading and I am happy with this but very disappointed with manicure and underarm waxing. My nails were bleeding and I have never had this experience before. The lady attending me appeared to be in a rush and was rough with my finger nails. I also had to tell her to do my underarms again as she didn't bother to check if it was properly done. Not a good place to go when it is crowded.

Staffs are nice and friendly. You have to wait for sometime, but it was fine since I visited on weekend. The service was satisfactory. Overall good experience. Sometimes you may need to pay extra money if you wax your palm when you buy a package for full hand wax. That means palm and your fingers doesn’t include in full hand wax. This was bit surprising for me.😱

So I have been coming here over 3 years now. I never have to wait so long as I go on a quiet day. The last time I visited, there was a super rude girl on the reception. Never saw her before and hopefully never have to deal with her again either. I get the same treatment each time. Eyebrow threading, eyebrow tint and eyelashe tint. I really need to be insistent on my eyebrows not being so dark or not to thread them so thin. With blond hair, its not a good look. Some listen some some don't. Price is great, that is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Munich is very overpriced for threading.

After having fairly good experience in eyebrow threading, went there for full-hand waxing. Waited for a little more than one hour, just to see the customers arriving after me, getting their job done before me. I approached the lady in reception desk to ask, she did not look at me and replied 'next'. The lady doing the waxing was nice, but it seemed she targeted to finish it within 10 minutes. What follows is an extreme rough waxing, my skin was burning like never before. Did not realize exactly what happened, after returning home I discovered red scratches spread over significant area in both of my underarms, it continued to burn for 2 days. I mean, ruining the shape of eyebrow or hair is something, and then comes scratching the skin in waxing. The two stars are only because of the good eyebrow threading, and the price they offer, otherwise I would have given one.
